This user agreement takes away certain rights from you, and limits the liability of the Generational Gifting Concept Platform. By using the site, you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time. More specifically, this site does not provide financial advice, and its operators are not licensed to provide financial advice. The information contained on this website does not constitute an offer or solicitation for the sale of any insurance product, or service. Any financial decisions you make relying on the information on this site is made solely at your own risk.

This website and its interactive features, applications, and social network pages (“Platforms”) are operated by Generational Gifting Inc (“Generational Gifting Concept Platform”) and its affiliated companies and representatives (“we”, “us” or “our” “company”)

By using the Platforms, you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms of Use and our Online Privacy Policy/Notice. 1. Eligibility

In order to use the Platforms, you need to (a) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to these Terms of Use; and (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws in your place of residence. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not access or use the Platforms.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will post a notice on the Platforms prior to the change becoming effective. By continuing to use the Platforms, you agree to any changes or updates.

3. Access and Security

Generational Gifting Inc expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on the Site, although Generational Gifting Inc may modify the materials at any time without notice. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of the Site. You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Generational Gifting Inc Parties from and against all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your breach of any provision of these Terms of Use, or any warranty you provide herein, or otherwise arising in any way out of your use of the Platforms. You agree to cooperate fully with Generational Gifting Inc in asserting any available defenses in connection with a claim subject to indemnification by you under these Terms of Use.

10. Jurisdiction; Governing Law

We operate the Platforms in and in accordance with the laws of the United States. We do not represent that the Platforms are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access from certain locations may be strictly prohibited. Those who access the Platforms do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. The laws of New York State will govern any claims relating to the information contained on this website.

If you take legal action relating to the Platforms, you agree to file such action only in the Superior Courts of Suffolk County New York or in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Except as prohibited or limited by law, your use of the platforms, any content and any services or items obtained through the platforms is at your own risk. 12. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Generational Gifting Inc, its affiliates, employees, practitioners, officers or directors (the “Generational Gifting Inc Parties”) be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the platforms, any websites linked through the platforms, any content on the platforms, or any services or items obtained through the platforms, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

14. Electronic Notices; Mobile Devices

Through use of the Platforms, you may be able to: (a) upload content to the Platforms via your mobile device; (b) browse the Platforms from your mobile device; and/or (c) access certain features you have downloaded and installed on your mobile device. In order to do so, you must have a mobile communications subscription with a participating carrier (or have the consent of the applicable subscriber) or have access to a mobile communications network. You are solely responsible for paying any service fees associated with any such access (including text messaging and data charges for each text message and any data you send and receive on your mobile device, as applicable). You must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to the Platforms, including, but not limited to, a mobile device that is in working order and suitable for use in connection with the Platforms. You must ensure that your device and/or software does not disturb or interfere with the Platforms, including the Platform’s operations. Any equipment or software causing interference will be immediately disconnected from the Platforms, and we may immediately suspend or terminate your further use of the Platforms. If any upgrade to the Platforms requires changes in your equipment or software, you must make these changes at your own expense.

You authorize your wireless operator to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber and device details, if available, to Generational Gifting Inc and service providers for the duration of the business relationship, solely for identity verification and fraud avoidance. 15. Trademarks, Service Marks, and Logos

The trademarks, service marks, logos, URLs and domain names, registered or not, appearing on the Platforms, including, but not limited to, Generational Gifting Concept , The Generational Gifting Concept Foundation for Youth , and any combinations of the foregoing, are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of Generational Gifting Inc or its subsidiaries (“Marks”). You may not use, copy, download, display, transmit or modify any Mark in any way without our prior written consent. You may not include the Generational Gifting Inc, Generational Gifting Concept, The Generational Gifting Concept Foundation for Youth name, any Mark or any variation of the foregoing, as a metatag, hidden textual element, or any other indicator that may create an impression of affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or any other relationship between the Platforms, Generational Gifting Inc or any affiliate and any other site, person, entity or organization. Unauthorized use may violate trademark and other laws, we will take legal action upon discovery.

We permit links from other websites and provide links to other websites simply as a convenience to visitors and when you click on these links you are leaving our Platforms. Any and all insurance products referenced on our Platforms are third-party products and are not our products. Any and all questions, concerns or disputes with any such products should be raised with the insurance carrier providing such products and not with us. The Generational Gifting Concept Parties make no warranty, representation or condition with respect to services, including but not limited to, the quality, effectiveness, reputation and other characteristics of services.

The Services include your consultation with a Generational Gifting Concept Practitioner, which consists of content, tools, links and recommendations intended to provide you with decision support related to insurance. All information provided to you through your use of this Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We are not a licensed independent insurance broker. We do not underwrite any insurance policy made available to you through the Services. Any insurance policy premium quotes or ranges displayed during the Services are non-binding. The final insurance policy premium for any policy is determined by the underwriting insurance company following an application with a Licensed Life Insurance Agent. Insurance products and their availability may vary by state and your individual circumstances, and additional minimum and maximum coverage limits may be required in your state.

Your use of certain Services may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions, or enter into separate agreements with us or applicable third-party insurance carriers. Any third-party insurance products purchased by you are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance carrier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms of any such other terms, the terms of such other terms will control.

You will NOT do anything that will or could compromise the integrity of the Site, including without limitation: Doing anything that will slow down the speed of the Site; Accessing the Site through any automated means; or Uploading unauthorized codes to the Site.

You grant the Generational Gifting Concept Parties an exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, assignable and sublicenseable, royalty-free right to use, copy, make derivate works of, publish, change, remove, analyze, and commercialize, in any way known now or discovered in the future, anything you post on or submit through the Site or email to the Company

If a court of competent jurisdiction declares a portion of this Agreement as void, then that section is only void in the corresponding jurisdiction, and the rest of the Agreement remains of full force and effect.

Whether the Products and Services are provided free of charge or not:
